  • How soon should I book/make a deposit?
    Once you are satisfied with the services of Sweetbride, we recommend that you make a deposit at your earliest convenience. This will secure your booking and avoid any disappointments.
  • Can you hold my wedding date without a deposit?
    Unfortunately, No. Sweetbride is unable to hold your wedding date without a 20% deposit. Once we have received your deposit, we will book you in.
  • What payment methods are available?
    Sweetbride offers a range of payment options: Cash Direct debit Bank transfer Cheque Credit Cards Bankcard, Visa and MasterCard. Credit Cards will attract a 2.5% surcharge
  • Can I change my order once my deposit has been made?
    Yes, you are able to make minor changes to your order after a deposit has been made, up until two (2) weeks before your wedding/event date. At Sweetbride we are aware that couples may change their minds about colour schemes, themes, type of flowers and styling. We are more than willing to accommodate for these changes (if possible) and ensure that you are satisfied with your order. We do however require all orders to be finalised two (2) weeks prior to the wedding/event. Based on availability of stock additional purchases will be accepted up until three business days prior to the wedding date.
  • How long does it take to set up the venue?
    Depending on the order/services hired, size of the venue and decoration requirements, the set up time may vary. It may take between one to two (1 – 2) hours for venue set up. Regardless of the service, you can be confident that Sweetbride will have the job done and of a high standard.
  • When do the hire items need to be returned?
    All items must be returned in acceptable condition to Sweetbride within four (4) business days from wedding/event date. Fees will apply to any late returns. Any damage to and/or loss of hire items will incur a charge (loss of bond and replacement costs if applicable).
